                                                April 3 - The Chihak Hall cabinets are finished.














                                                April 4     Darryl Epperson and Mark Whybrew from South Bend, Indiana spent the day working in the gym building.

                                                April 4-5 A crew from Blackburn College and Creighton University spent the day working in the gym building. There is a story behind their
                                                sign....they had started for Cedar Rapids a few weeks before but ran into a snowstorm that resulted in one vehicle being in an accident.
                                                Fortunately, there were no injuries but they decided to head back home. This time they needed to abbreviate their stay due to another
                                                snow storm that was heading for eastern Iowa.
                                                 THANKS MUCH !!!

                                                Marie became the first accident report after 43 weeks and 13,000 hours of volunters. She has accepted that distinction graciously.

May 12 was the United Way's Day of Care.
